Steps
Sign up
Go to app.feebeaver.com and enter your name, work email, firm name and a password. That is all signup asks for. The rest comes later.
Set up two-factor sign-in
At your first sign-in you set up two-factor with a text message code or an authenticator app. This is required for every user and cannot be skipped. Save the backup codes somewhere safe.
Pick a starter template
Choose the template closest to your type of firm. You can change everything about it later.
Create your first proposal
Pick or create a customer and start a proposal. A first draft takes under three minutes. Fee structures and brand settings can be added as you go.
Your trial
Every new workspace starts a 14-day free trial with Firm plan limits, so you can try the phase and discipline fee layout and unlimited approval rules before you choose a plan. No card is needed. When the trial ends you choose Professional or Firm on the Billing page.
What to set up next
- Firm profile and brand, so proposals carry your logo, palette and fonts.
- Fee structures, so fee tables compute from your rates.
- Users and roles, to invite colleagues and approvers.
- Approval rules, if a partner reviews proposals before they go out.
