Steps
Open Users
From the workspace menu choose Users. You see everyone in the workspace, their role and whether they count as a creator.
Invite a colleague
Enter their work email and choose a role. They receive an invitation email and set up two-factor at their first sign-in.
Choose the role
Creators build and send proposals and are the paid seats. Reviewers and approvers review proposals in the queue and approve or send them back; they are free and unlimited. Administrators manage the workspace, users, billing and fee structures.
Review your creator count
The Users page shows how many creators you have. Billing is per creator. Changing a creator to an approver releases the seat.
Who should be a creator?
Anyone who drafts or sends proposals. A partner who only approves should be an approver, which is free. If a partner also drafts proposals, they need a creator seat.
