Billing and plans

Choose Professional or Firm, annual or monthly billing, manage creators and payment, and the introductory offer.

Steps

  1. Open Billing

    From the workspace menu choose Billing. Administrators only.

  2. Choose a plan

    Professional is $29 per creator per month billed annually or $35 monthly. Firm is $49 billed annually or $59 monthly, with a minimum of 3 creators.

  3. Add payment

    Payment runs through Stripe. Feebeaver does not store card numbers.

  4. Manage creators

    Billing follows your creator count from the Users page. Approvers are free.

  5. Apply the introductory offer

    While the introductory offer runs, annual plans with a 12-month commitment get 40% off the first year. It applies once per workspace and is not available on monthly billing.

Frequently asked questions

Can we switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal and require that your active approval rules and layouts fit the new plan.

What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan on the Billing page. Your data is kept.

Are prices in US dollars?

Yes, excluding applicable taxes.
