This policy explains what information the Feebeaver website at feebeaver.com collects, how it is used and the choices you have. In this policy, "Feebeaver", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of feebeaver.com. The Feebeaver application has its own privacy terms, which apply when you use it.

Information we collect

Forms. When you sign up for early access or send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, firm and, for the contact form, your message.
Campaign details. With a form submission, we record the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, such as utm_source.
Analytics. The site loads Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics 4 and advertising conversion tags. These record pages viewed, events such as opening the early access form, approximate location and device and browser type. Where the law requires it, these tags load only after you consent.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use form details to email you about Feebeaver's launch and to reply to your messages. We use campaign and analytics details to understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site and to measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Google provides Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads. Service providers process information only to provide their services to us.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics and advertising tags set cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings. The site also uses your browser's session storage to keep campaign parameters and the details you type into the early access form during your visit. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

Retention

We keep early access and contact details for as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@feebeaver.com or through the contact page. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and we will honor requests made under those laws.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
