Getting started

Sign-in, two-factor and passkeys

How sign-in works, which two-factor methods are supported, how to add a passkey and what to do if you lose your phone.

Steps

  1. Sign in with email and password

Every user signs in with their work email and password.

  2. Complete two-factor

Enter the code from your authenticator app or the text message. Two-factor is required for every user from the first sign-in.

  3. Add a passkey (optional)

From your profile choose Security, then Add passkey. Your device's fingerprint, face or PIN then signs you in. Passkeys are optional and never required.

  4. Keep your backup codes

Backup codes are issued when two-factor is set up. If you lose your phone, sign in with a backup code and then set up two-factor again on the new device.
