Budgets

Set targets for value sent and accepted, per rep and company-wide, by month and quarter.

Steps

  1. Open Budgets

    From the workspace menu choose Budgets.

  2. Set company targets

    Enter targets for value sent and value accepted for each month or quarter.

  3. Set per-rep targets

    Optionally set targets for each creator.

  4. Watch progress

    Progress updates from proposal data as proposals are sent and accepted. Nobody updates a spreadsheet.

  5. Change a target

    Edit it. The change is recorded in the audit log with the old and new value.

Frequently asked questions

Which proposals count?

Sent proposals count toward value sent on the send date. Accepted proposals count toward value accepted on the acceptance date.
