Fees

Architecture and engineering fee layoutsFirm plan

Phase by discipline grids, percentage of construction cost, caps and reimbursables.

Steps

  1. Choose the phase and discipline layout

On a fee page, choose the phase and discipline layout. Phases run down the table and disciplines across it.

  2. Set phases and disciplines

Pick the phases your firm uses and the disciplines in this proposal. Each cell is a fee structure from the library.

  3. Use percentage of construction cost

For a percentage fee, enter the estimated construction cost and the percentage. The basic fee computes and splits across phases by your firm's standard split, which you can adjust per proposal.

  4. Add additional services and reimbursables

Additional services are their own rows, hourly with a cap or fixed. Reimbursables are an allowance row.

  5. Preview and send

The grid renders the same in the editor, the client view and the PDF.

These layouts are included on the Firm plan. The trial runs with Firm limits so you can try them.
